That is one way to look at it. It does give you skills & experience still so hopefully that helps you get through each day
 Well yeah I don't know how COVID restrictions would come into it. I think that would just mean I'd struggle to find places which would accept students on placement coming in  . That's something out of TAFE's control probably Yeah I work full time, or at least permanent part-time as they class it  . Its 5 days & the same opening days as a school which is where I'd need to do work placements so impossible to achieve right now. Especially if I hope to relocate in the time period of doing the course. I can't afford to drop my days at work either as I live in an expensive area.__________________

It is best to find the positives
 Since I want to move to a different area of the state I'll need a new job. I'll just try to get one where I can work 4 days at most or even just look at casual work for a while if I can live off that. At least where I want to move to the cost of living is a lot cheaper __________________

I've lived in rural areas of NSW as a child/teen, but then when I was trying to get a job I was pretty much searching anywhere in the state as I just wanted a job. It was hard to get one, but finally after about 2 years I did get one but had to move to Sydney for it. Been here 6 years now & I've had enough, its just too hard being so far away from my parents. Then in the last two years my Nanna's Alzheimers got really bad & last year one of my aunt's passed away & those were big moments for me to see I can't be this far away from my parents. I need to spend what time I do have with them, especially since high chance both will get Alzheimers as its on both sides of my family, with them. I need to be close enough that I can be there for them if they need me, but even just so I can visit them for birthdays, mothers'/fathers' day, ect. without having to take time off work. Not to mention that I hate my job & find the place toxic & abusive so I need out from that anyway. So long story short, my parents are on the Mid North Coast of NSW so looking in that general area. Probably Coffs Harbour or Port Macquarie I hope. __________________

sorry about your family that is rough and TBH living in Sydney is rough to very expensive man , beautiful place but expensive .What is the job outcome in NSW ?? is there a lot of places you can go to ? __________________

Exactly. Then I happen to be in one of the more expensive areas of Sydney too. Really hard when I then also have a low paying job. But I got a job & now have 6 years industry experience so hopefully it'll be easier getting a new job when I start applying
The industry itself can have a high turnover as it can be quite demanding & the low pay turns people away. There's usually a few openings going around so shouldn't be too hard to get a job. There's also a LOT of childcare/preschool types of places around. Sorry haven't been sleeping well or feeling the best so have requested a MST to help out for a few days __________________

yep Sydney to expensive, and well 6 years is good ( all my jobs I've been at have been long runs ) I do understand the childcare industry doesn't get the recognition they deserve
 but I hope you can find something closer to home .Don't worry bout the Mod help, I'll try and stop by more to __________________
