I've sen this used in quite a few fanarts around here
http://i300.photobucket.com/albums/n...anner2copy.png You see tht rainbow streak in the background? How do I get that, do people like make/draw it themselves, or is it a texture/brush? I love it, so I would really like to know. Thanks  __________________

I believe it's a texture or brush, but I am more going torwards it being a texture.

It's a texture
 and it's from this side HYBRID GENESISluckily I have those textures myself so I was able to find them online pretty fast __________________

Candice, what type of arts in particular? There are a bunch of tutorials linked in the front page, have you seen those? If you don't find what you are looking for, if you can be a little bit more specific, I am sure we can find something for you.
