Yes, you can create huge graphics, icons and animations with it

I beg you don't ask me for help with PSP tho cause I don't know anything with it and I got 2 left hands when it comes to PSP. Unless you wanna cut of peoples heads tho.

Photoshop totally rocks and no severed heads with pictures so far on Photoshop Oh, and Photoshop has selective coloring, which PSP doesn't have

Yeah Photoshop has way more features I used to do PSP when I started to make arts, but my arts have improved so much since I'm using Photoshop.
