Does anyone have any suggestions for a GOOD screencapping program for the mac that allows you to capture JUST the video screen vs. the en tire window and will work with DVDS, and allow you to make full batches without having to click automatically and reset each time?!

VLC can cap automatically, but don't really know how Apparently Quicktime Pro can cap automatically too
