Guys do you know the textures used in this icon? (I mean the background and the hat)

I think the user made that texture her/himself and never posted just the texture only of it.

Ah ok,because apparently I can't find either the hat and little snowflakes

Their are also snowflake fonts you could use or look here on deviantart. And then you could like cut out a background in a santa hat picture and use the santa hat then. I would like use any random hat because looking for the same hat might be like a needle in a haystack.
