I uploaded my fan art onto imageshack and the thumbnail URL that imageshack gives me has a thumbnail that is 150x113 and I was wondering if anyone knew how I could get a thumbnail that is 200x150?

I tried tinypic but the thumbnail size was too small still, but I figured out another way to do it  __________________
