just starting the Running Man episode with Sunny (and SUNMI).

Well that was... not an episode I'd recommend. Seems like all the fun will be in the next episode.

But I did correctly identify Red Flavor from hearing one second of it.

They definitely dragged out the first episode though, this one was over halfway though (the second half was their fan meeting). This just had the final race.

Nah, just skip the first half hour of the first episode

and you only need to watch the first 45 minutes of the second..
