We still do catering events where people book to have their parties at the stadium. It's VERY expensive to book. We mostly get big corporations events.

I totally understand! I have been in the same job for 5 years, and while I love my collegues the job itself it's boring at times depending on time of year.

Depends on the type of event. I did 9 hours sat, 6 hours yesterday, and 7 hours today... Sometimes they are 5, or could do a double which is more than 12 hours. I've done a 15 hour one before.
