I watched sick note with Rupert grint, nick frost, and Lindsey Lohan in s2. Its has funny dark humor.
The actors do a good job now none of the characters are good people with the exception of one minor so that might be a problem for some. If you like anti heroes than I recommend it

I watched the trailer for Sick Note, it seemed to have a very dry and dark humour.

Pretty typical for comedies from the UK.

I haven't seen a lot of British shows so it was interesting. Another thing the character is faking cancer after misdiagnosed if that bothers someone than don't watch.

I may be biased, but I think in general British shows are better. Maybe it's because there's fewer episodes

I haven't seen a lot of British tv comedies so I can't really which one better but I agree fewer episodes does make stronger seasons

I love shows from the UK and Europe in general but like with everything, there are good and bad ones. Same in the US.

I just find UK ones to be generally better, even ones I don't like tend to be better written.

Less episodes doesn't instantly mean less filler...
