I've seen Ariela talk about Gert's feminism. She's young and doesn't understand all aspects of it. So that storyline makes G/K more interesting.

absolutely. they have completely different life experiences and are dealing with such different issues. they're slowly starting to bridge that gap because now they're opening to understanding each others' lives.

I just look back to the first episode and with K asking when was the last time Gert showered and that hit -me-. ~~Yay depression and anxiety.~~

Yes, the point of, you should accept all, not just your type of feminism is important. And I think along the journey of the show, we've begun to see that for the girls. And the way Ariela talks about Gert, it will probably continue to develop. And K/G is the best way to continue to show true support.

yep. 'cause gert only wants friends who're her specific idea of feminist and karolina all wrapped up in the church. both pretending everything is fine. and then slowly they realize they're completely miserable

Not that I don't trust the writers. But I don't trust the writers to do what I want. ~~although I said that about something with Gossip Girl and wrote a scene, and they actually DID address it on the show. Was super shocked.~~
