She wrote all the screenplay for the FBAWTFT movies along with Steve Kloves, who is also the screenwriter for the HP movies.

It's really up to her (and the producers). They can't just say she needs to go and technically JKR does have a say in these SLs as these are her characters.

True but she needs to pay more attention and not leave one of them out

JKR isn't a screenwriter though and that's why some fans are iffy to watch this movie franchise. Plus with all her issues now too. Steve Kloves is her screenwriter for the HP movies so maybe she should just leave it up to him. He'd know and has experience because of HP.

Yes it can still work without her, if she decides to let the other screenwriters (like Kloves) handle it. But as it is, she's credited for these 3 movies as screenwriter.
