Disney+ has been really weird with POTC...
 First, all 5 movies were on there. Then, they just had the 1st movie. Now, only the first 3 are available, the 4th’s not on there at all, & the 5th one will be available in December. |

There might be some licensing issues with some of the movies that Disney didn’t realize before they put them on there.
