Yeah Lindsay our weather seems to be pretty similar (except that luckily we don't get typhoons here)

Thanks girls!! The trip is being super fun!!! And today I went on a theater piece and in the end got to meet an actor that I love so I'm super thrilled now

I picked Coco Gauff to win the US Open so I am pleased. I picked Medvedev to win the men's title. He got to the final so that's not too bad a prediction.

I thought it might rain but the sun is out again.

I'm having a good week thanks, Pia. I have been tidying my allotment and planting carrots, lettuce and beetroot. Some more of my tomatoes are slowly going red.

I hope you got the pizza, Lindsay. I will be having a shop bought chicken pie soon.

I had the last 3 days off, where I was recovering from illness. I don't want to work tonight, but I have to force myself to go.

Pia, if you feel a bit better then go to work otherwise don't because you might get sick again. I still have some sick co-workers and we haven't been complete yet (this month) as there's always one who's sick or another who will be on leave.

I am having pizza tonight and tomorrow. My favourite pizza is pepperoni with olives so I have bought 2 pizza bases with tomato sauce and cheese already on and I will top it with green and black olives, pepperoni and some herbs that I picked from my allotment.

I'm still craving pizza but I got Chinese food instead today.

It's been raining very hard and we were under flood watch for awhile. We're in that period where we don't know whether it's summer or autumn. The temperature keeps swinging from warm to cool and back again.

Oh no sorry about the rains. Light rain is okay but torrential is just terrible. My area gets flooded easily with non-stop rains so that's my primary concern when there's a typohoon here (and not the strong winds actually).

We only have 3 months to go until this year is over. Like what happened? I feel like I just celebrated Christmas months ago.

Time goes so fast! The weather here is starting to feel like autumn. Usually I don't like it when summer ends but I am looking forward to watching Alpine skiing and biathlon on TV this autumn and winter.

I will be having an Indian/Nepalese takeaway tonight.
