Fermented duck egg tastes salty which is what I like. They can't be fried and you can only eat them as is. It's like century egg but I've tasted that and it's different from duck egg. They're more expensive than regular white eggs but still affordable. To tell them apart they are usually colored "red" and are a bit bigger.

Awww that's nice. I always go out for walks when I can but it's been raining here lately so I haven't had a walk for sometime now.

Fermented duck egg is an Asian staple that's why. I usually eat it with sliced tomatoes and put rock salt on it. The saltiness is perfect for me.

How is everyone doing? I'm back at work today (Monday morning here now) and it's still month end but we basically finished everything last Friday so it's just follow-up and still attempting to meet quota today and tomorrow. Otherwise it's manageable. When it gets crazy, I usually disappear and don't post.

I'm doing fine thanks, Lindsay. It's Bank Holiday Monday today. I went for a walk in some woods today. Now I'm watching US Open tennis.

The US Open only works partly with my timezone but it doesn't matter because I am watching it via Amazon Prime so I can watch the matches in my own time. It's not costing me extra money because I'm taking advantage of their 30 day free trial. I will cancel it before the 30 days is up.

I'm using a friend's account for Amazon Prime and that's why I'm able to watch Modern Love.

Officially done with month end. But it's still not the weekend so I feel like today is just an extension of month end for me.

The weather here has been so weird lately. Almost every morning it's hot and sunny and then come late afternoon there's always a thunderstorm. This has been going on for the entire week now.
