Hope they get better writing... the main DC villains in history in Lex Luthor and Joker has been received controversial... the versions from the DCEU world.

Yeah, they weren't my favorite interpretations of those characters.
 But I think they're going to improve with Lex, I have hopes for that. And the other villains look promising so far. Joker is my least favorite of the DCEU so far (since I'm hoping Lex will be more like Lex now). |

^ I felt the ending of BvS showed the hints of Lex turning into the Lex we all know so you are right, probably a change will shift with him.
With Joker, so many things were off for me.  I am hoping it gets better but right now, just not a fan. Doomsday to me has been the biggest threat of a villain. lol |

Yeah, I'm not a fan of the Joker either. He just doesn't remind me of the Joker, personally.  And Doomsday was great! I really liked watching that fight more than anything. |

We can agree to disagree, since I don't think that was the issue, personally.
Sarah, you should see how awesome they made him in the Injustice 2 game. His super move is my favorite. |
