I think I forgot my answer as well but I will go with the scene when he was ordered to shoot her and he didn't. That was a huge moment for him since the main reason he was doing everything was for his family... and the fact that he could've shot her and went free but declined because he considered Harley somewhat of a friend was pretty cool.

That was one of my favorites too. I think it was really pivotal in their dynamic and said a lot about how much Deadshot grew to care about her in that short amount of time. Treasured allies, friends (and possibly more, who knows).
