Ben's actually a really good director, and he was originally set to do The Batman until he dropped out of that, so I'm not that surprised they offered for him to direct Flashpoint (if that's true).

Thanks for the news! I'm back and forth about how I feel about them handling Flashpoint, to be honest, only because of their other work, but I'm hoping since one of the directors grew up reading The Flash that'll they'll get a decent handle on things to a certain extent.

yes it was...and it will be very difficult to duplicate the cartoon movie with this attempted live version ... if you have not seen the cartoon version or read the comics...the cartoon movie at least...here are the cartoon characters

^ Thanks for that compilation! There are definitely a lot of variables, especially to those who aren't familiar with all of what was in the original Flashpoint.
