What I mean is, if I like the couple on the TV show, then I'd support it if they got together in real life. If I don't like them, then I don't really care unless if it affects the show.

Plus some of my fav couples aren't together in rl, but have amazing friendships.

Well.. apart from Stephen and Anna, the ones that come to mind are Courteney Cox/David Arquette (even though that's over now), and Ben McKenzie/Morena Baccarin.

I don't remember how many others there are, or if those are the only ones

i kept up on them when i watched TB but when the show went off the air i kinda forgot about them as a couple i havent really heard much about them in the media much since then either.
