it's a well done show, but you have to watch it and remember you're in a smaller scale tv world, and use that as context. i can't stand it when movie critics and movie watchers complain or compare tv series to the larger world of superhero movies. movies are movies and tv shows are tv shows, what part of this do they not understand?!

movies deal with greater scale and effect, tv shows are more about the characters, their lives, motivations, loves, drama etc. each genre has their appeal. i like both!
