Arrow season 3 was the worst to me. Arrow season 4 wasn't that great although I liked Darhk.
I didn't care for the flashbacks of season 4.

Season 3 wasn't great, but Season 4 was just horrible in pretty much every way despite having an great actor as the villain.

If Arrow

I felt they misused Ra’s and didn’t use him to his potential - so really wasn’t happy

It had its moments truthfully but I felt Ra’s was a weaker villain than Darhk
