Technically they're not on the show (yet) but this show is about their family (and we already have a portion in the OP for the real Royal family).

I was wondering if I can start a Royal Family thread (King George, Queen Mother, Elizabeth II and Margaret)? We can probably just change it along the way when the show's focus becomes Queen Elizabeth & Prince Philip's family in future seasons? And also a Winston Churchill thread since he figured in so much in S1 (or maybe a general Prime Ministers thread since now he's succeeded by Sir Anthony Eden)?

Awesome, Lindsay! I haven't watched every episode yet & I wasn't in the early discussions of what threads there were going to be, so I just thought there could be a thread for every member of the royal family.

If they ever come onto the show as characters, we could always combine the thread to include those actors.

hello, hello!

i'm ciera! just stopping in to say I recently finished the first season and I have to say, the production and cinematography of this show is simply breathtaking.

so many amazing shots that I can pinpoint audibly saying 'wow' to myself. the top on the list is definitely when princess Margaret and Peter are in the car fleeing from paparazzi and I just thought, this is amazing and so foreshadowing of Lady Di. KUDOS!!
