It was alright! Been a long start to the week. My nights have been long due to not sleeping, than having to be up early daily. So feeling so tired the last few days!

I hope so, last night was awful. I just feel like I'm barely here, I'm so dang tired. I'm not somebody who can nap much without it effecting my sleep cycle at night. So I hardly nap, but feeling like I need it for sure. How's your week going?

It's going okay-ish, today was rough I woke up not feeling too well but my mom and I had made plans to do some shopping and run some errands and I was really looking forward to it so I thought I could suck it up but then out of nowhere in the middle of the store I started to feel really sick and super uncomfortable like I was going to have a panic attack, all I wanted was to come back home. Thankfully for me my mom is super understanding about stuff like that so once I was able to calm myself down and tell her what was going on we came back home no questions asked.
On the upside Harry Styles announced his third album, and in an effort to make me feel better my mom got me food from one of my fav places so not a completely bad day. But still feeling kinda sick  __________________

They are so draining, both mentally and physically. Those are the moments I feel extra thankful for my mom because I know not everyone is as lucky to have a parent that understands things like panic attacks and anxiety attacks. __________________

I totally understand! My mom herself gets panic and anxiety attacks, so she understands me too. We are very lucky to have amazing moms!

Omg I’m trying to catch what looks like a small bee, and he keeps flying in my window to where I can’t get him. His buzzing is driving me crazy! __________________

So annoying when that happens, and it's worse when its a bee cause with other bugs some real kill and problem solved but I don't have the hear to do it to a little honey bee. __________________
