Kinda pissed of at my sister today, she hasn't been feeling well since Friday and thinks she might be fighting a cold and didn't tell us anything till today when she had to fess up cause she wanted antibiotics; said she didn't tell us anything cause she doesn't think she actually has anything contagious and didn't want us to freak out

Oh geez! Sounds like one of my sisters. Everytime she comes to visit, she's sick! Then she's here to visit, and not like we can send her home... I get the frustrating!

Yeah I'm in SO much pain right now, but figure it will take time to feel better. I have another appointment on Monday!

Just got back from it! It helped a lot. Still having some issues, but it says it can take 4-5 adjustments before the majority of your pain is gone. So have a few more sessions to go! But it did help me for sure.

I'm glad it's helping! Hopefully by the end your pain will be either completely gone or at the very least manageable.

I'm hoping so! I have to have at least 5 adjustments, so got 3 more to go.

I was starting to do better, which made me happy. But then last night I took a turn, and now I’m in lots of pain again. Almost like something triggered it.

That's my hope!

No weekend plans, just relaxing. Been a busy last few weeks/weekends, so just taking it easily mainly. My body is still sore and tired, so taking advantage of a laid back weekend for the Holiday next weekend.

Laid back weekends are always nice

I had to accompany my sister today to get some groceries other than that gonna spend my weekend watching movies with my mom, and if I can gonna try to get some things done so I don't have to worry during the week.

Been working at my sisters house again today, already so sore and exhausted. But this should be the last hard Labor Day. We list her house for sale tomorrow! Hopefully it gets sold before she’s supposed to report back to the base out of state.
