I can't imagine them killing Negan off at the same time Andrew is leaving, I mean cause wha would the show do then? Isn't Negan like the one to take over the lead? Unless they're ending the show

Norman Reedus is being promoted so he's the lead now.
Negan is still a big part of the storyline in the comics though, so hoping they stick to the comics.

Yes it has before.

Major parts of the story tend to be comics followed though. So will see! Negan is very much a game player these days in the comics, but then again he becomes Rick's partner and that obviously won't happen now. But maybe he becomes Daryl's right hand man somehow? Daryl HATES him right now, but like I said there's a time jump so maybe things have changed.

Well Rick hated him for sometime, but like I said they ended up working together at some point. Negan even saves Rick's life a few times.
