I think people freaked out over how easy and fast they fell for a guest star like JDM. Most people like guest stars, but never fall in love with them. Denny was one of the greatest characters ever!

IIRC, it took me awhile to warm up to Denny even though I always liked him. But when I fell, I fell hard.

I've heard that from some people too! There's really no going back once you fall for him. He was one of the very first characters on a show that I feel really hard for, and I cried like a baby when he died.

I did after season 5, because since we had Denny back in a way, I couldn't stop watching till the season ended.
