I am getting there

4 weeks down of a 6 month recovery. Pain and bruising is still there but once I reach the 3 month mark I am hoping to start physio again. I just keep reminding myself that I need to be patient.

4c at night here isn't bad at all during winter. Atm at night it's usually around 8-10c.

Recovery is the long part of this Belle, hang in there.
