well I had a horrible migraine all day yesterday and during the night. didnt get any sleep cuz of my head hurting. it didnt go away till after breakfast today.

im slowly trying to catch up on all the posting I missed yesterday

Thursday night I wont be on at all. im going to a concert to see Butch Walker. ive been a fan of his for years and he rarely even tours anymore. so im super excited he is coming here

so Wednesday night I fell on the way to the bathroom in the middle of the night. had to go to ER. its a badly sprained ankle. got crutches and everything.

Thursday I still went to my concert. luckily I found a barstool on side of venue that I was able to sit at and watch the show ok. it was a fantastic show. so glad I went

Yesterday I bought a new couch, new coffeetable and new tv stand.

thanks. my foot is still pretty swollen and the bottom of my leg/ ankle and foot is all pretty badly bruised.

thats great you got new furniture. I hope it looks great in your home.

Thank you. I have to wait six weeks for it to send to me so I don't know how it will look like yet.

im going to my primary doctor today about my foot. it doenst look like its getting any better. still pretty swollen and bruised. so I will find out more in about an hour for my appointment.

well this appointment was pretty much a waste of time. she really had nothing to say. (my normal doc wasnt available to other doc filled in today). she did give me a referral to see an orthopedic doc. I got an appointment with him tomorrow morning. hopefully that appointment goes better

my appointment went well. he gave me a boot to wear instead. he said I have a high ankle sprain which mean I sprained it in two different areas. he said its popular with people who play sports (which I do not). I need to keep it elevated and to keep icing it whenever im not standing on it. and I only need one crutch instead of both when walking with the boot. and that it can take up to 6 weeks before it properly heals
