My low expectation is that they will be at least be friendly or friendish with one another.

well since there is going to be a time jump, i hope that will give steve time to get over nancy cuz at the end of s2 he was still pining over her from afar. even though they broke up

^ That's what I hope happens, mostly because I really want Jonathan and Steve to be friends. They either didn't seem to have any friends that they hung out with, or I wasn't a fan of the friends hanging around them. That makes me think that they should just hang out together. I mean, I love them both, and they're the same age, so why not form that bond?
