I don't think the rest of the characters would be okay with it at all. I think we're due for a new storyline though. One w/o Rose.

Or maybe one w/ Rose and Luisa. Separate from everyone else.

They've already had Luisa sneak off with Rose and decide to come back. So I don't think she'll do it again.
