Of course all this speculation. The comment from Dan Fogelman said there wasn't going to be a lot of flashbacks, so that gives me some pause. I think it's all in the wording. It's not really flashbacks, but just seeing these people lives. Does that make sense?

Hmm, interesting. They lost the third baby, so most likely adoption. Maybe Randall? I mean it would make sense. The photo of Mandy with that kid, it could be Randall. It would also explain why they're not releasing the last names of the characters yet.
