opt out players are rumored to get a small percentage of their annual salary, kinda like stimulus covid pay, but clearly a small enough percentage that there aren't hundreds or thousands of players enticed by the stay at home money. there are 3,266 players listed from the 2019 season, plus coaching and training staffs.
