NFL Week 14: Pick the Winners
Hey NFL fans! The "Pick the Winners” game returns for its fourth season at this board. For those who have played before, you know how the drill goes. Newcomers: this is a fun and easy game to play. For each week of the regular season, all you have to do is pick which team you think will win each match-up and then place a point value on that game. For example, there are 16 games in Week 14, and it is your job to allocate points from the game you are most confident in (16 pts.) to the game you view as a toss-up (1 pt.). Therefore, points will be allotted in decreasing value from 16, 15, 14, 13...all the way down to 1. *Remember, you CAN'T place the same point value on more than one game.* At the end of each week, we will tally up the number of points each participant has earned based on correct predictions, and the person with the most overall points at that time will be crowned winner. Sound simple? If you have any questions, feel free to post them at this thread.
Week 14 games: Chicago vs. Green Bay Dallas vs. Philadelphia Indianapolis vs. Tennessee San Diego vs. Detroit Tampa Bay vs. New Orleans Arizona vs. San Francisco Miami vs. New England Carolina vs. Atlanta Cincinnati vs. Baltimore Houston vs. Jacksonville Oakland vs. Pittsburgh Seattle vs. Minnesota Washington vs. NY Giants Kansas City vs. Denver NY Jets vs. Buffalo St. Louis vs. Cleveland *Deadline: Sunday, Dec. 7 (1:00 PM EST)* Weekly Champions: Week 1- sf3000 Week 3- Avatar Week 5- dcismyfav Week 6- Wildfire Girl Week 7- Avatar Week 8- Snowwhite388 Week 9- Michael DeLuca Week 10- Wildfire Girl Week 11- Chi159 Week 12- sf3000 Week 13- sf3000 [ 12-03-2003: Message edited Chi159 ] __________________

No one has confidence in the Bears this week, huh?
What, you don’t think they will win in Green Bay on their push to the playoffs and beyond?!!! Based on the way some players are talking, you’d think that was the case. If the Bears are able to pull off the upset, I will be shocked. I don’t care if Favre is injured or whatnot, they have been absolutely OWNED by the Cheeseheads over the past decade. Especially at Lambeau Field. Now that I've said this, watch...they'll pull one out of their butts! __________________

Atl / Carolina tied at 7 with just over 5:00 left in the third quarter. Man, I really need my Falcons to pull this game out...

About an hour into the games today I realized I hadn't made picks.
That's alright ... so far out of the picks I made and didn't post, I've lost 7 games. __________________

The Colts won WOOHOO! Just barely though... I only saw the end of the game but still the Colts are probably the only team in the league that's had the most dramatic games(with the Bucs, Pats, Panthers, and now Titans)
