There was rain in Monaco? Then how many cars finished?

Congrats to Checo! I also like it when he wins because he gets overshadowed by his popular teammate and Christian's favorite boy.

I've missed a lot since I'm on vaca.

There was rain before the race. The start of the race was delayed for a long time because torrential rain was expected soon after the start. It was a controversial decision. If it had started on time, it would probably have been red flagged anyway. The torrential rain came. After the rain stopped, the race started behind the Safety Car.

Schumacher crashed and his car split in two! He was OK though. There were 17 finishers.

Missed the race since I am on vaca but congrats to RBR 1-2 and George at P3! Not Ferrari's race unfortunately. I'm very surprised that Ferrari is doing much better than Mercedes overall in the standings as usually by this time, Mercedes is neck and neck with RBR.

I enjoyed the race. I was hoping the McLarens would be higher though. Another great result for George Russell.

I'm sure the McLarens will do a 360 for the next race.

Rita.

Thanks, Lindsay.

I'm looking forward to watching the Canadian GP this weekend. It starts at 7.00pm my time so I will be able to watch it live. I hope it isn't delayed otherwise I will have to go to bed late.

I'm worried about the back and nerve pain/numbness issue a lot of the drivers have been having with the new cars, especially on street tracks.

I won't be able to watch live for Canada as always so it'll be a replay for me. By that time, I already know who wins. GP airs at 4AM Monday morning here.

Is it because of the new car modifications or is HANS not working anymore?

The porpoising is because of the new modifications.

Thanks, Lindsay. That'a bad news for Charles.

I'm sorry you can't watch the race live, Lindsay.
