Crap! Well, I’m basically screwed. Due to underachieving play, the two teams I had competing for the national championship (Gonzaga & UNC) are now gone. Just great! Watching Stanford flame out in overrated style didn’t help most people’s brackets, either. I’ve got to hand it to Alabama. They are playing some great basketball right now.

Yep, most of today's upsets shot my brackets to hell. Just as well. I had no shot after my picks for the championship game crapped out last night.
Nice pick of UAB, Chris! [img]smilies/biggrin.gif[/img] I considered them pretty much inferior to all of the other Conf. USA teams that earned a Tournament bid, so I definitely did not expect them to knock off Kentucky. But, then again, I had UAB losing in the first round. They didn't look too impressive to me in the closing weeks of the regular season. I guess they stepped it up at the right time. __________________

I saw them tear my Bearcats up with their defense, and their coach was an assistant of Nolan Richardson at Arkansas for 10 years and plays that 40 Miutes of Hell defense, i knew it'd get to Tubby's boys.
