Kentucky needs to come through for you and advance to the Final Four! I think that's the only way you can steal the crown away from Louis this year, considering that you both have UNC defeating Illinois (boo!) in the championship game.

It looks like you have this thing wrapped up, Louis. Congrats!
 Even if Illinois wins the national championship, I only earn 5 pts. That's not enough to supplant you at the top of the board. I would still be behind by 1 pt.l Now, if Duke would have advanced to the Final Four, it would be a different story. Damn the Dookies! __________________

Uh Blah: 76 pts Hot Rod: 74 pts dcismyfav: 69 pts Chi159: 65 pts sf3000: 64 pts Congrats Louis on winning this year`s pool.  Your excellent pick of Wisconsin-Milwaukee getting to the Sweet 16 was the difference. Of course i still had a chance of winning until Kentucky`s lost, which crushed my chances of repeating. Plus i wish that i had picked Louisville in the final 4 instead of Wake Forest. Anyway Louis enjoy your reign as champ, but remember to quote Gen. Douglas Macarthur, i shall return next year.__________________

Although I'd much rather have won my $ pool, this is a nice consolation prize.
 I too figured Louisville might very well make a strong push. Ill & UNC were easy picks. I took chances on Pacific & Milwaukee getting to the sweet 16. I got 1 of 2. I also had Mich St getting bounced in round one, so I'm no genius.  |

Congrats on the win, Louis!
What really put you over the top was a few upset picks in the opening rounds. I figured those would come back to help you out in the end. Most tournament brackets are won and lost in the first weekend of the NCAA Tournament. That's what makes the games so exciting. __________________
