Yeah. I couldn't watch the end of Simona's match yesterday & I was not expecting her to win that final set as it got the later games, but she did so this should be quite exciting tomorrow night. Quite a late start though in the U.S. 12:30 A.M. Pacific Time her match is scheduled for.

 7.00pm in Melbourne. That is late! Tennis finals are usually in the afternoon.__________________

Yeah. I was hoping she'd win it in 2 sets, but good effort by her to comeback in the 3rd set & keep breaking Simona's serve, though Caroline got her serve broken some in that set I remember. That was 1 of my favorite tennis matches I've ever seen. I don't have many favorites, but that is certainly my favorite women's match I've watched. Tennis Channel is re-airing that match this weekend if anyone wants to see it again. I need to get DVR so I can start recording these things.

 The long awaited dream has finally come true for Caro.  I'm so proud of her for coming through in a very tough match to capture her first Grand Slam title.   The monkey is finally off of Carolina's back and she is finally a Grand Slam champion. __________________
