Yup, I got a viral fever a few days ago ... now, that's gone but I'm still feeling very tired due to flu/cough/sore throat.

Not the way I wanted to spend my long weekend.

Nice, Sharon! We should all pamper/spoil ourselves from time to time.

I’ve been sticking with my workout goal. It’s only twice a week, but it’s a really positive thing for me.

Great job, April! I need to find a gym to start going to, but of course so many of them are expensive around here. I wish the weather was better - I would totally just go for runs in the morning if it wasn't so blah outside.

I have to go back to work tomorrow, but I was on medical leave from Friday afternoon onwards. It's mainly just residual tiredness and a bit of flu, so it's not too bad now.

Oh god, the gym.

Finally went back today, too. It's good though! Really makes one feel refreshed and rejuvenated, but yeah they can be pricey.

It was great girls. I have this new blueberry face mask that I just want to eat.

It smells so good. Even my home care nurse loves it. I swear she sniffs it everyday.

You can literally smell it through the container.

I just ate vegetables for dinner tonight, and I really regret it.

The nice thing about small towns is affordability. I paid $25 for year-round access to our little “gym” in the community center.
