in my interpretation yes
 we are seeing each other permanently now and yeah, i think it's all going in a good direction. will see him tonight again, we'll go bowling. we are taking it very slow and i decided not to urge him into this "talk" since i talked with a friend of him and he told me that my guy wants to take it slow. i am okay with that since i wanna take it slow too. like said before i personally don't like not knowing where we are standing and i am a kind of person who always needs a name or description for things and i kinda still don't know where we are standing but i would say we are dating. i think he kinda sees it the same way, we are really having a good time when we meet and we talk so much about everything and i can be very open minded and myself in his presence. i don't wanna destroy what we have only to have a word for what we are. sorry for waffling around here  and sorry for my complex answer to your simple question  __________________
