You can't really compare the movies, both were good but really different in tone. I enjoyed both. I loved that there was no unnecessary dude as a love interest in Captain Marvel too and the soundtrack brought back so many memories. Also, I choose to believe Carol and Maria were in a relationship.

Well I personally don't mind a male companion like steve, I mean most male heroes have a female companion who supports them and in the same way there was steve for diana, but it's of course not a necessity, captain marvel worked very well without it too.

I'm sure, the few anounced movies about less known and less popular heroes (e.g. the ethernals or chinese superhero shang-chi) are nice and I will definitely watch them, but they won't be enough for disney's money greed. They need to keep up with the popular heroes too, BP 2 has already been announced.

Could be interesting, I saw a few of the original's episodes and also saw the first of the movies with cameron diaz.
Btw this is a film and sequel to the other films not a series. __________________

Ah a movie? I agree, even better then. Cause I have no real time to get invested into a new show but a movie is not that time consuming.
