As to when she would have said ILY, its hard to guess. Because after their moment when she stopped, she had another chance after Clarke moved in. But she didn't so I dunno what more else Lexa would have needed to finally admit those three words. Clarke made the move which obviously means that the past is the past and she holds no grudges now. So Lexa needn't not worry about crossing the line fearing Clarke wasn't ready because she was ready. I think maybe had Lexa no been shot... when she went to her room, she may have seized her chance to tell her given Clarke was gonna be gone for sometime

i also think it could have been the moment in which she walked in to tell Clarke she loves her. after the sex scene of course. maybe she did during the sex, i don't know?

I think Lexa was going to say something when going to her room but then she heard the shots. I wonder what she wanted to say ...

maybe she wanted to ask Clarke if they meet again? i don't think she wanted to convince her to stay since Lexa knew Clarke had so leave. but just a last good bye or the question when they will meet again.

Nah I don't think she would have asked her to stay cause she knew Clarke has to go back and sort out the many problems her people were currently causing. But I truly believe she was going to her room to say goodbye or something but then she heard the shots. Cause Lexa being the power woman would run in when firing shots are heard. That's who she was.

yeah i don't think so either. Lexa knew Clarke is a leader and has to act like one. she wouldn't make her stay.
