for me most preferable germany. traveling to UK for example for just attending a con is too expensive still. even traveling around germany is expensive.

yes that's true. but it's better to meet your fave at a con instead of the streets. most celebs don't like being talked to out of nowhere and i guess Alycia is one of the celebs who likes her celebrity. i mean she'd probably still give you a pic or autograph but that's it. at a con you can at least change out more words.
