At home, we don't even celebrate much anymore these days, no presents and no tree. Just a few candles and some nice dinner.

Yeah sort of. I mean it was a slow transition, with every year a bit less celebration. My mum is anyways away in italy, bc my grandma can't care for herself anymore after the two strokes she had, my aunt wo lives there too is in trouble bc she has no job and it's very difficult the whole situation. So there's nothing to celebrate for us tbh.
