One of the nicest times to visit - not too cold, not too hot.

Do you guys go and watch fireworks on New Years? The fireworks in my town are at a horse racing track a few blocks away from my house, so I just stand on my back veranda and watch from home.

i'll go to friends tonight and at midnight we go outside and i watch, they shoot i do like watching fireworks but i don't buy any, i think it's a waste of money since everyone else is shooting so why should i do too? i can admire the sky we'll walk into the inner city to watch.

Movies

I bought a package and my friend as well. We'll go outside and shoot them from my balcony and after that take a walk in the streets to see other stuff. It's not as cold as last year so the night is bearable and good for a walk tonight. I hope I am not too wasted by then

Sounds amazing! I want to spend New Years in Sydney sometime, by the Harbour. They have the biggest fireworks celebration show in Australia (or equal with Melbourne), and they're absolutely gorgeous. Will be all over twitter and social media later.

funny, one hour ago i was listening to the radio and they also mentioned that the firework show in Sydney is remarkable! i wanna see that too. maybe i will be there over new year's eve next year one resolution for new year i made for myself is to travel more and see more things, visit more cities and just go out more often.

this was the best also the countdown, and then the explosion wow! i am having a smile on my face now and i have this idea stuck in my mind...today in one year i wanna be there. i think i won't fly over october there but over december after christmas. watching this and thinking of being there...just gave me goosebumps right now!

Not anymore. It's quite dangerous with all the nuts out there who like to shoot their fireworks horizontally or throw it around without looking where. But i look other people do it.
