The witcher prequel blood origin is out now on netflix. It's a limited series as far as I understood, it also only has 4 episodes, so it's a quick watch.

Not sure honestly if I will watch. I am still too disappointed by the Henry quitting news

Yeah, I will check it out though, and maybe liam hemsworth won't be that terrible as geralt, or maybe season 3 will not end on a cliffhanger and we can just end our watch of the witcher series after season 3, since the upcoming season will still have henry.

i'll watch season 3 because i am way too curious not to. but not sure about Blood Origin. heard it's good though but not sure i have the time to watch it.

on the other hand i watched Avatar 2 finally! and i really loved it as much as the first one.

Saw the first episode, not as good as the witcher but I thought it was alright so far. Let's see how the other three episodes are.

*Willow. But yes i did, I also watched 3 out of the 4 episodes of the witcher prequel. It's quite intereasting as in seeing the first witcher being created, but other than that it's not very memorable, the fight scenes are greatly done just as on the witcher, but the story is rather meh.

I enjoyed the first episode of the wticher a lot more. The story, the tone, the characters, the cinematography is all realyl nice on willow.

It's quite good indeed. I like willow even more though.

Netflix being the usual morons they are now also cancelled this show. It performed good, but I have the feeling netflix wants to be the streaming version of the hallmark channel plus some crime shows. The few shows they renewed were all rom com and crime genre. But nonestly this is dumb a lot of their subscribers are not there for rom coms. They will lose a lot more money than they already did soon. Bc aside from the rom com fans nobody will any longer have netflix. It just makes no sense even from a business point of view.

At this point, someone could just make a streaming service titled "Shows Too Sexy For Netflix" featuring continuations of shows cancelled by Netflix and turn it into a profitable business model

I hope someone will do that one day. Or just generally advertise to producers with „You want to create a successful tv show that does not get canceled after a season? Don‘t go to netflix, come to us.”

Wow another show on their death list. What the heck is going on with Netflix. I used to cheer for it - now I canceled it.

Yeah it's best to no longer support them. It also appears they might lose the right to Wednesday bc amazon prime bought the production company of the show. So it's possible a second season of wednesday will air on Prime.
