When Sara and her son's safety is threatened, Michael and Lincoln recruit the help of Sheba and C-Note to try and catch Poseidon. Meanwhile, Whip goes on a separate mission and T-Bag reveals a secret in the all-new "Progeny" episode of PRISON BREAK airing Tuesday, May 23 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. (PB-508) (TV-14 D, L, V)

Cast: Wentworth Miller as Michael Scofield, Dominic Purcell as Lincoln Burrows, Sarah Wayne Callies as Sara Tancredi, Mark Feuerstein as Jacob Ness, Amaury Nolasco as Sucre, Robert Knepper as T-Bag, Rockmond Dunbar as C-Note, Paul Adelstein as Paul Kellerman, Augustus Prew as Whip, Rick Yune as Ja, Inbar Lavi as Sheba

Guest Cast: Christian Michael Cooper as Mike Scofield, Steve Mouzakis as Van Gogh, Marina Benedict as A&W, Leo Rano as Luca, Devin Mackenzie as Nelson Thoureau and Shaz Mohsin as Saeed

Just no idea about live watch got another counselor appointment at 5pm on Tuesday last one drained me cause its all talking about life blah blah

Yeah. I am so glad that I am able to watch it right when it comes on Tuesday night. A lot of timed I choose to wait and watch it on my DVR when the ep is half way through so I can skip commercials, but don't think I'll be able to wait that long this week

Yeah, I usually watch as soon as it comes available, but since this is my last full week before I leave for my trip, my friends wanted to hang out for lunch. I envy those who live in the US and get to watch it live.

Already can count me out heading out for the appointment but it seems the two beers yesterday still gave me a small hangover - so thinking. Back to bed when I get home anyways
