yeah it's tough, but given what happened, I don't think you have to choose. They both meant a lot to him and their relationships were completely different. And happened at different parts of his life.

I've read people say Linc moved on too quick and that was disrespectful for V's memory first of all even if he had feelings for Sofia nothing happened until the end of season 3 (we don't get to see it but once she is healing at the hospital and he stays taking care of her you know after that they get together, by the start of season 4 they are finally a couple )
I'm sure Veronica wouldn't have wanted Linc to stay alone forever (same with Michael and Sara, it will hurt deeply to find out she remarried but I'm sure he will understand) except unlike Michael Veronica is actually dead, for his sake Linc had to move on, you can't always live in the past, it's not healthy and it's not disrespecting your deceased loved one but you are still alive so you have to live, that means letting go...
And V is unarguably the love of his life that's for sure, they loved each other since they were kids and as much as they tried, as much as she tried she could never move on from him, she never stopped loving him and she didn't give up on him, sadly it costed her life but if she were alive I'm sure she'd do it all again for Linc

Just because he loved V, she would have wanted him to be happy. And he happened to find it in extreme environment. Also, he and V had not been together in years, I think we had every right to move on.

Agreed I'm glad in the end they could get closer even if they couldn't really be together again, at least they had a little bit time together when she visited and she could tell him that she always loved him.

I get that argument too the show was a span of 6 months even ifb4 seasons
