It was literally just him calling her and them talking.
Like they were like "let's let everyone listen in on our Skype call" basically. Tina is sick and had just gotten back from the doctor so she was telling Ari about that, and then they talked about their dogs and made a few references to other conversations that made it pretty clear they talk regularly. (At the end of the Skype call she said something about talking to him again later.)
At one point, he was reading everyone's comments, and saw one that said "CBS f-ed you guys over" (not censored obviously). He pinned it to the top and was like "oh that's the best comment." Tina said "which one?" and he was like "the one I pinned" and you saw her eyes kinda shift and then she busted out laughing.
