Also - split attraction is a thing. She told Paige she "could never be attracted" to Walter, and in the finale she said she had "feelings" for Walter. You can have feelings for someone without being attracted to them (and vice versa).

Both feelings and attraction can develop over time. You can be completely underwhelmed by someone one day, but then you gradually start to see their qualities and that changes.

And as Heidi has said - it's entirely possible she's scared of a relationship and so developed "safe" feelings for a person who was unavailable.

I hope Tina is not taking a lot of abuse I know she got a lot of crap after the final aired fans are hurt and angry and might lash out at her but we know it is the writers they could have brought her in as a love interest for Sly which she was but they had to wedge her between Paige and Walter and her confession at the end was just to create drama the writers also could have Walter confess everything 2 episodes before that and the blow up might not have happen

I hope Tina doesn't get a a lot of hateful stuff over this either. She's been such a fun addition to the cast and she was so pumped about being on Scorpion. It's a shame her time was cut short.

She's gotten quite a bit of love from people today (myself included) from what I've seen. Honestly she was my favorite part of season four, despite the mess they wrote her Into at the end.

That is what I don't understand why have Florence say that at the end she had to know Walter had no romantic feelings for her I know she said it after Paige broke up with Walter but still it made no sense for her to say it just something to create more drama they did not have to

It made very little sense at all. I can see Flo convincing herself that she has feelings for Walter in order to deny the much scarier feelings she has for Sly. But if she's doing it to avoid getting involved with someone, the whole point is to convince yourself that you have feelings for someone who is unavailable. Blurting that out once he becomes available - even if only sort of - is just stupid.
