Employ another genius who also has a pilot's license
Employ a dedicated pilot who is "normal"
Get a pilot's license himself

I think he might start with 3 but eventually get talked into 2. He'd be reluctant to employ anyone who is not a genius and therefore could not contribute to the main focus of Scorpion. But then Paige - and I think Happy - would remind him that both Paige and Florence contribute a great deal and Scorpion would not be where they are without the unique skills of its "normal" members.
