Hard to choose one but I'd say Prison Break's "Go" is a favorite because I still remember how I felt watching the episode @ 4am in my parent's house and being unable to sleep afterwards. The Dawson's Creek series finale holds a special place in my heart too up until those very last seconds ending with P/Jo together.
